The service
Viclio provides desktop software and related online services that help users create short videos from their own content. You must only use the service with content you have the right to access and process.
Your account
Your account is created with your Google identity. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for the security of your Google account.
Subscription
Paid features are unlocked according to the plan you choose. Payments and taxes are processed by Paddle. Unless stated otherwise, a cancelled subscription stays usable until the end of the period already paid for. If a payment fails, access may continue temporarily for the duration of the payment provider’s retry process.
Fair use
YouTube uploads are subject to a daily fair use limit that applies regardless of plan. The upload feature may change or be switched off because of YouTube API access or quota conditions; local video production keeps working independently of it.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the content you generate before you publish it, and for complying with copyright and with the rules of the platforms you use. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
