Overview
Viclio is a desktop application that helps you create short videos from YouTube live streams. Video downloading, frame analysis and rendering all run on your own computer.
Information we process
When you sign in with Google, we process your immutable Google account ID, your email address and your name in order to create your account, sign you in and match your subscription to your account. When you connect YouTube features, we may access your channel and analytics data within the scope of the permissions you grant.
Local and server-side processing
In normal use, your video files and rendered output stay on your computer. Text you send to AI features may be passed on to the relevant AI provider. If you choose to upload to YouTube from the application, the file may pass through our server temporarily in order to enforce the daily usage limit and to transfer the file to YouTube.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Viclio does not store your card details. Paddle processes payment and billing information under its own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
We may keep account, subscription, upload counter and necessary security records for as long as providing the service requires. You can use our contact address to request deletion of your account or removal of your Google connection.
